lol -> using character planner on myself.. it still doesn't seem "right" but w.e its the most realistic to fallout i can get it... people should post their height and weight tho i mean a 5'0 foot kid thats 130 pounds aint guna have a strength of 6... and a charisma of 8 would mean what movie star? charisma of 10 means super model? sex object? a luck of 10 means you've won the lottery...strength of 10 means Arnold... intel of 10 means you've won a nobel prize in physics or your stephen hawking....

wouldnt it be awsome if our i.d's had our s.p.e.c.i.a.l stats and skills on em in RL? You'd walk up to people and introduce yourself by exchanging stat cards... ohhh I see you also share a fond for small guns AND your intelligent... awsome let's be friends! or it would be something like "Shit, did you see the charisma on that one? Hollllly fuck! She's got Sex Appeal, I wonder if I would pass the agility check in bed?"
