Not once have i been to Hub, Junktown, VC or San Fran without seeing another player, generally 2-5 throughout whole visit.

New Reno literally always has more caps than you can chew out, BH with it being gaurded by tttla is flourishing with tons of newbies and others, VC is dfinitely not my fav but the bastard Smiley has plenty ammo n guns, glow is useles cus all ghuls were removed. I could go on but i won't.
Hardcore:
Lexx this is Beta true ? So you can test with Dayglow true ? maybe you can try this but Dayglow can be a pvp city +2-3x reward
