Nope, you can neutralise a bad rep vy killing slavers near the den, pain in the ass to work off a -200 rep, it'll take 200 slaver kills.

their slaves count too, so if you enc two slavers and three slaves and kill em all you get +5.

Me and that dude which also made a lot of responds to this Post were going on a slaver hunt and that didnt help! The thing is that my Reputation at the Hub didnt help!

as I said, you can only work off negative reputation by killing slavers, it's much, much harder to get positive reputation, after 2 months I've only gained 9 rep at the hub, all my other reps are negative, and -12000 on LA scavengers, love the easy smg loots, but my rep suffers, a lot...

At some point I had -41000 rep with raiders on 1 of my alts.
I joined them, than left, but it ruined my rep with NCR and most other towns.
So I went back to raider bases to kill them from time to time.
