Lost my tent.

I was moving down to the bottom with another tent in my inventry cause i wanted to place up a second tent but i didn't know you couldn't have 2 tents up and i lost alot of items in my other tent including alot of caps armor weapons medicine is there any way i can get them back?
I lost alot of work i put into them.

Nope, they are gone forever. You should have known what happens when you make a new tent.

How was i supposed to know? i looked around to look up tents nothing said anything about putting up an extra tent, it seems logical to set up another tent anyways so why didn't i even get a warning before setting this tent up?

only way you can have multiple tents is to get a have friends who are willing to make a shared tent (go with him when he is making his tent, in the random encounter map tag him and let him make the tent, this way you can see 2 or more tents on your map and can access all of them without loosing any of them)
