Ghosts of Broken Hills

There's a problem with Broken Hills. I keep seeing players running around the place in some directions. When I try to go after that player, that player will disappear. These players disappear and re-appear going into directions that don't match predicted course of previously observed movements.

What might be causing this?

Actually many of players visit BH with alts who are fighting with grenades and have very high sneak skill. This is why you saw these 'strange' things ;).

I thought sneak only affects NPCs.

welcome in FO, where ghosts are running around with miniguns nades lsws and laserss, looting stuff and killing people. U can have 10 perception and dont see a guy from a few hexes, i just love people who are developing this game at least once they supposed to "play" this game

i play a sneak 300% char sometimes, just to have fucking "peace".

I've got 3 level 21 characters, one of which happens to be a 330% sneaker ... there you go, now you can be happy.
