Enclave Patrols near NCR spawn = ???

Also, In the image you can't see it, but they have 9999 health and they all have sniper rifles.

I've noticed this too.  It's not just at NCR.  It seems the Enclave has taken over guarding duties.

no, it can't be, the enclave have gone all soft on us... But then again, it's a para-dimensional world, where the chosen one got PWNZORZED by pks when on his/her first visit to klamath. Therefore, they do not have a protagonist to antagonise, therefore, they are big carebears in tin cans.

i guess powerbuilds with punches had the run of the mill there a while ago, and the guards posted there weren't up to the challenge...

It would really be much easier just to make NCR guard health like 800 and then it wouldn't be so confusing. I start to remember pre-wipe when there were totaly no guards, and at the right time sometimes there were up to 4 blue suits with about 40% unarmed skill trying to kill each other. ;D

Yes, before there was CA-armored guys on these spawn points, but days ago someone found it was fun to kill them all (and I have to say it must've been hard to do it). So I just spawned Enclave guards.

Ohh yeah no one mentioned this before, but those enclaves have 9999 hp unless my memory fails me. So good luck punching them :p
