Simple, I think you should be able to respawn at your faction base or allow others to respawn there like a hotel.

Maybe limit the number of respawns to the type of base?

Bases you pay several thousands or even hundreds of thousands of caps for, so why not?

Yeah, it was suggested not so long time ago - answer is no.
Why not? Firstly you need to understand why there is random respawn. While you're taking the town and you die, you respawn randomly to not get too fast to this town where is fight. If you add a base respawn so every bigger gang would buy bases the closest as possible to the Modoc, Den, Redding, or any other able to control town.
That makes no sense and implementing base respawn would destroy whole idea of random respawn.

Good idea. Walking in Vault Suit to another corner of the map only because of the unlucky respawn is pretty annoying.
