Buy things from vendors who dont deal that kind of item but sell it at slightly lower price then sell to a vendor that deals with full price, easy.

Well it used to be easy before the Iguana dude was constantly cleaned out cus of theives.

But, except for those few low-grade traders, no amount of barter skill will ever get a better-than-list price?

Correct, 300% Barter + Salesman won't even do it.

250% barter can sell a "little broken" Metal armor MKII with 2550caps
2550caps can buy a clean one
