I'm trying to find out which traders/merchants will trade with a character who has only 1 in charisma. The random encounter caravans do... but ony offer ammo. I know the bar tender in NCR does. Anyone have a list?

gordons gasstation in the dessert - medical supplies and melee weapons                                                 -unguarded
sanfran (not in the tanker) - guns and ammo (there is also a FLC CH1 chars love this place.)           -let´s say it´s "guarded"
adytum- all kinds of leatherarmors, guns and ammo                                                                                         -guarded
ncr. dusty and rawside saloon- guns and ammo, melee weapons and medical supplies                        -let´s say it´s "guarded"
gecko - guns and ammo, medical suplies and melee weapons                                                                     -unguarded
new reno - guns and ammo, melee weapons and medical suplies                                                               -absolutly unguarded
 
edit: also the only known hospital for CH1 is in the ncr.

you shouldn´t sell melee weapons or medical suplies (drugs included) to a gunshop. lower prices.
same for guns. dont sell it to a medical/melee shop. nuff said.

Hmmm, it is bit harder to play game with one char that have charisma 1...Good for battles , but bad for deals

Ah Gecko does good for me, since it always has more caps than other places..whenever i visit i find 500-4k Caps so its good for a Cha1 Crafter

I didnt know New Reno allowed Cha1s to trade..Elridge does? if so then i will go there for the profession instead of the Hub

both do it. in the commercial row.
melee weapons and medical supplies are allways other shops than guns and ammo.
edit: except in the weird new californian republic. dustys and rawside saloon both sell guns and melle stuff.

But they suck in armor.
They also don't buy all ammo for good prices.
They pay 1 cap for both types of 5mm, sec and mfc.
I'm not sure about energy weapons, but I think other weapons sell for normal prices.

only place i know to sell and buy small energy cells as CH1 is sanfran. normal prices
(what normaly means: unload the looted powerfist, sell the cells in sanfran and the powerfist at gordons gasstation)

this 1 cap for 5mm shit is correct. seems like there is a BigGunshop for CH1 somewhere? i don´t know..

I'm not sure, but I think that holy person/hermit guy north of Rawhide saloon talks/trades with 1 CH characters too.

you are correct, he is the only medic who talk with me.
means the only option for a crippled CH1 instead of dying or waiting.

there are also traders in the hub who wants weird prices. 
but why i should pay 500caps for a 10mm gun? that´s why i haven´t noted every trader.
just the good ones. in my opinion...

Those same traders offer you a cheaper price for 14mm ammo than other traders.
