Its a player base being used/roleplayed as  village.

As you hear after some serious modifications and tweakings of the village itself
we are now open to anyone wanting to apply.

To do so send me or Arath a PM telling us your profession name of your character and reason
why you want to be in the village.

But remember we are still not a ccepting:

1.Stealing inside the walls
2.PKing (if not in selfdefence) inside the walls
3.Spaming(a lot) in the village
4.Lockpicking inside the village
5.Access to the middle house
and 6.Being a jerk when some people are RolePlaying

Suggestion: prospective citizens ought to demonstrate their profession in order to be granted access. A thief/pk/bomber is unlikely to create an entire new character spec'd for both passing a crafting/skill test and stealin/pvp/splosions just to grief or profit from the village. They could show a friend the location with their crafter and then have the friend show their alts, but you would still be able to maintain naughty and nice lists.

Or just keep new folks on a trial basis and away from the juicier stuff.  Usually you can tell if someone is an asshole by the way they talk, the words they use, their willingness to go out of their way to help someone.

man we really need more "player villages" I'm going to be joining GRV as a trader (which I will roleplay as Corosive; the charismatic travelling gun crafter) I will be making a few stops around GRV a couple of times a week in which il be looking to trade some gear for more gear or caps.

After a while if I start to notice that it's working very well I will help start another player village near NCR completely ran by TJDC and other "good natured" gangs... however it probably won't be as "great" as GRV but will none the less remain a decent location near ncr (or junktown/ hub) to trade...maybe if things work out too we'll roleplay some sort of political system and if both parties agree maybe we'll start a war or an arms race just for the heck of it. No attacking each others bases tho, we'd have to roleplay a meeting in the wasteland where we won't completely PK each other and at most leave each other with a few negative hitpoints, heal the losers and run off with the personal satisfaction that we bested you! Muhahaha. A war could be ended by a trade agreement or something...

Sound good? Or bad? I think it would be chill to have a few more locations on the worldmap where we could actually roleplay.
Anyhow, if you do have your own player ran village and are looking for more roleplayers please PM me with more details. Just know that I do not want to rob peoples bases its really lame lol and as a vivid fan of roleplaying I will do everything in my power to maintain the possibilities of roleplaying our characters. If that means to lose out on 500k worth of caps from looting a player base then so be it, il make my 500k caps selling guns to them instead, I've got the patience

something i forgot to mention, if you are refured a link to a chat by one of us, dont have a stick up your ass, we love humor, and may be cracking jokes at one another, and maybe even you if you join in, some could be bad ones i admit, but still, dont judge the village on how a few guys are trying to enjoy themselves, its going quite well,

so if you were asked to join or did ask to join, don't be a idiot and think the village is stuiped just because a few people are acting like idiots, common, enjoy yourselves
