If you encounter 3 equal opponents, then I think your chances are low... in real-time, in turn-based, in real life... wasteland is harsh

Against 2 - there could be a tactical chance. Maybe reducing the realtime speed would improve chances too - its just too fast at the moment.

The only one I can think of is some Merc Guild, maybe I bring to way much ideology from my real life

I have one idea left for the ones like me. The Ultimate Goal - Buying our own Crafter/Merc town, like the Vault City, with the entrance check-point. If GM would set a price it could be a great challenge for us alike.
