Found it today in Centaur Valley with LK1 and 124 Outdoor.

Didn't find any ^_^ Yes I know... NCR isn't place for special encounters by walking non-stop infinite ammount of time (really, very much time), and special encounter wasn't a target, I just wanted to know is there a place or something where you all found these damned special encounters? I bet you found them all on West-North? Or it's no matter where to search?

I found mine on the northern edge of the world map, like...as much north of gecko as possible. Was hunting them...geckos.

Just found my first one this afternoon near Junktown. I was so excited to get the gatling laser that I almost forgot to pick up the gauss pistol. There was also a stack of 20 shotgun shells behind a wall.

That's exactly How I've been feeling for the last few days... Special Encounters? you hear about it, but it never happens to me.

Level 4, 60 Outdoorsman, 1 Lk is good enough too.
