"Rollbacks" happen whenever the server crashes. The rollback was probably over an hour for me, so your position, items, etc were lost. Causes strange EXP glitches, though.

I think it was just normal server crash, but this time i cannot visit on forums sometime.. unlike normally forum is up even server is crashed.
But i don't think it's wipe yet, because there should be more info at news or blog.
