Mercs Following limit

Still, if you use them for spot guarding, just use mentats, put all the mercs in their spots, give commands and it is done.

im having this same message.. i have 9 char plus magnetic personality, i have 2 slaves 2 cows and i had a merc but it died.. i went to replace him with another and now im getting this message... wtf?

apparently your merc didn't die.

Was it in an encounter?  If so use the +requesthelp (message) to get him back... or you could always ~disbandparty but that'll delete all your followers.
