how can i get IRC?

well,to play my games online i had to instal a lot of stuff:
started whit yahoo mess(all the kids had)
to join a clan i Call of Juarez i downloadet x-fire
to play Fallout Tactics online i downloaded gameranger
to play theif 2 online,i have hamachi
to talk whit faction members i took Skype
now i whant to take IRC for Fallout online,andy help,please

Download mIRC - http://www.mirc.com/get.html

1. Register name.
2. Join Network: irc.forestnet.org
3. Type /Join #2238

Completely, It says you have a 31 day trial, But it is free after the 31 days anyway  ::), So yeah, It's free.

Did you change server to irc.forestnet.org?

Go to: Tools > Options > Connect Drop Down > Servers > ADD > IRC Server: irc.forestnet.org > Add!

/attach irc.forestnet.org
