You're better off meeting people in game who are in the same boat as you. Find someone who is looking for the same kind of gaming experience as you - PvP, PvE etc and go from there.

i geusse that meeting people in-game might be a better Idea but I'm just thinking of how. I wanted to level a bit, so I looked up the noobie guide and it referenced alot of cities, and I wanted a group before going out into the harsh unforgiving world that fallout 1 & 2 were famous for
