First minute just reminds me something from Fallout. The rest is "just" my favourite singer/band.

if we're going with metal now I'd go for Sabaton's cover of jawbreaker, that guy in jusdas priest has too squeaky a voice IMO...

Singing along to that little gem for days, weeks, months, years. Can't believe it's already 2 years old.
Oh well, singin'...

It's the catchiest one from them, yep. But they often feel ashamed in interviews when people say it's their best.  :P
I like their more "trippy" and ambienty stuff more, but that's a matter of preferences.
Here is one of the newer b-sides (just discovered it, a shame I don't have the vinyl :( )

Really good! I like the lo-fi approach to it. Thanks for that, will check out the band. :)
Are you also into some early 90ies US-Shoegaze Stuff?

Actually I really enjoy bands like this, with particular/alternative guitar tunings, change of pace,... and most of them are from the 90's and are also americans. I don't know if I 'd call them Shoegaze, but  bands like this one, Polvo, Unwound,  Slint, bands more lo-fi style like Pavement, Sebadoh, good "old" stuffs like Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr, My Bloody Valentine, or a bit more hardcore like Fugazi, Drive Like Jehu, Shellac... hell yes, they blow my mind !!!
I also like some post-rock/experimental things like Mono (the japanese band), Explosions in the Sky, Tortoise, Don Caballero...
Yeah, I must admit I'm stuck in the 90's, I'm always looking for this kind of band. I'm a drummer who loves "crunchy" guitar sounds, and I don't like all those Frantz Ferdinand/Bloc Party 'clones that you can hear everywhere.

I've heard some of your tracks, Solar, and it sounds pretty good ! Congrats, man, I think some of them should be implemented in the game. Keep it up !!!

you may like Sleater Kinney - One beat album Heckler.
3 girls play on 2 guitars with alternative tuning and drums.
I like best songs, Far Away and O2 but they are not on youtube, check this one instead:

Well, Bloc Party had some decent tracks, but I agree with you, there are too many similar sounding bands out there.
Pavement I know, ofcourse I know almost every Sonic Youth LP etc, Fugazi is just an "Emo" (back in the times when that word had a meaning) band, Drive like Jehu too, but god were they good! Also, good to hear about some Post Rock Stuff here. May I suggest you hear something about : Yndi Halda, (ofcourse you know it already ;) ) Mogwai, September Malevolence, Efterklang (I think someone already posted it before here) and ofcourse Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

When it comes to Shoegaze, try (ofcourse) My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, and all the consorts. I am sure you find something there. And thanks for the regards,  but I am far from being as awesome as Mister Mark Morgan (Creator of the Fallout Soundtrack). I am doing that just for fun and for dedication of Fallout, not to land in FOnlines playlist. If I have some newer Stuff from my actual band I maybe throw it in here. ;)

For some actual music (its nostalgia for me, as we used that track back in the times when we skated as a background track for our little homemade skatevideo): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2oPNln9uOk

Ofcourse Robert Smith made it already good, but this one shows a bit better mood imo. ;)
