Using Stims While Down
« on: May 31, 2010, 03:25:03 am »

When below 0 hp, I think you should be able to use healing agents. Because even though you're badly injured, you're still not dead. Other than that, you should not be able to do anything.

When your at or below 0 hp it says you've been knocked out, so it wouldnt make sense unless there was a different log to it.  But yeah I like this.

Only when you are out of combat. Otherwise people will just start superstimming themself in pvp.

I'm against it

Life under 0 means you are uncounsious, under -20 dead. So it makes perfect sense and there is still ~cuttheveins if laying on the ground bothers you to much. Lately I was knocked down for -13hp and my healing rate was 1. Yea i survived :>

Yeah it could just knock you down because you're too weak, give you a weakening timeout, and allow you to use stims.

Only when you are out of combat. Otherwise people will just start superstimming themself in pvp.

Well afaik, people want PvP to last longer, so if the enemy knocks you down to this point, they can either finish you off or let you heal yourself and shoot you again. And at least it would give people a chance to use their stims and stuff instead of -hp being the equivalent of an instakill since you become useless.

You must be happy that you still "alive" at negative HP and your allies can heal you. Usually you dying at 0 HP at most games ;p
So <=0 HP = only others can help you, not you.

Scratch the unconsious part actually, it doesn't ALWAYS knock you out.  I just got  hit for 133 damage and Im minus 3 hitpoints right now and it doesn't say anything about me being unconsious.
