Not needed, sneak is enough powerfull right now IMO and it will be much easier to use it with this.

you try using a skill where it's entirely guesswork. Not to mention you need to invest so much in sneak you're useless in combat unless you plasma nade.

sneak is not combat skill...

There are several sneak/burst combat characters and I say its a VERY good pvp character...

This isn't possible due to Namecolorizing.txt ; outlines are already set. Plus, there is already a debate about this kind of feature, in your other thread Roachor.
