Following when in turns

What about following a leader when we are in turns but only when we are 1hex from exit grid (close to leader) and we had non used AP (if there is saved it somewhere in database)

nice to read something about that. because it works with mercs and slaves actualy
and they can stand in the middle of the map if you leave. thats to much?
and that player cant follow the leader is hmm not enough? .)

Mercs following from anywhere is necessary as the ai is garbage and they frequently get lost or stuck in town, also you'd never be able to escape encounters with them.
