Server Update and new IP address

This may occur when your cache does not contain proper script (and it happens on ip changes, cause cache is bound to ip/port). But once you are able to login, cache gets updated. If you're not able to login (you want to register), remove all cache files (leave default) - the default one allows you to register new char.

37min is for 10mm SMG ( char lvl4 , prof. small guns 1 , 57% science, 90% repair )
what will decrease that crafting cooldown time? next char lvl? both science and repair raise? or small guns prof. lvl2,...
