They are blocking the mining sites with slaves so that you have to walk into a hole made out of slaves in order to mine. When you walk in, they close the hole with their character so you are stuck and cannot escape as they empty your pockets.

I tried to bring attention to people blocking mining sites with slaves earlier, but Lexx moved my topic to the junk section. Better hold your minerals in your hands.

Maybe because when they go elsewhere they die and spawn near NCR (or hub) :p (where they don't die or less)
Or maybe because each time a new little community was born in other town, they are destroy some day after.
Maybe people are just not stupid and don't come again and again in "your" cities (or pk area?) to be kill again and again and see nobody else than pk.

Actually VC is not somewhere you die again and again. But yeah no guarded mines in this city, but that's no bigdeal, you can go to the one near Klamath or take the train to SF or NCR.

If they are blocking in garded mines, takes screenys since you can't attack it's kinda of an abuse.

simple tip - keep you sledge in your active hand slot,mine one ore or mineral and place that into your second active hand slot and continue to mine only that material until full or whatever and repeat(BTW make sure that all you have is your hammer and 1 type of rock)
