I just would like to know something about lockpicks and locks:

1.) Do lockpicks affect ur chance to lockpick some locker, car etc.? And if yes how much do they increase it? You cant use em on locks you only can hold them in hand or got them in the inventory so thats why im not sure about that.

2.) Seems as locks dont work. Is this a bug or some missing feature?

If i remember correctly, lockpicks gives you +25%, expanded lockpicks +50% (this item is not available to craft/buy ATM). You must hold item in hand (active slot) to get this bonus.
