Killing at the spawn points

What is this about? a player goes in the east part of Hub with 5 mercs, gives them orders to kill everyone RIGHT at the spawning spot!!! You go there and you havent even finished loading in the new area , you are dead. This is as Ive read in games rules, illegal. AS it is happening right now, can anyone do something about it.? What interests me even more is how is he going to get out of the Hub alive, because he killed a few police officers as well!

It's not illegal. It's illegal to do this in caravans, with hundreds of mercs killing eveything who enter.
In Hub, you can preview and you can enter by an alterative way.

Theres just one entrance to Hub Old Town and its silly to make previews in every guarded city because some fag is abusing the system
