I just got killed by guards in NCR due to some lame ass thief.
The guy assaults people out of sight of the guards using HtH, mostly in the 2 bars and at the doctor.
When you're in the streets of NCR, he places himself between you and a guard and than pulls a weapon.
He gets shot, you get shot.
It's not the first time this happens and I'm probably not the only one it happened to.
Very annoying and kind of an exploit of guards mechanics in my opinion.

And yes, I am aware that safety is relative, even in a guarded town.
So please no discussion about guarded towns not necessarily meaning they're safe towns.

The part about the tent robbery is him, a notorious thief, either falsy accusing someone or him confusing me with legal lee.

our friend "frosty" the mutie cow crap man also tried to grenade bomb me and some other people at a trader as well.

he claims to be a thief himself, but his plans never seem to have a ending to them that has him running away with a arm full of weapons and caps.
