and second: there is no mine east of necro,there is a mine east of the hub.

So, is that the querry buy JunkToe, or actuly east of Hub... The querry is West of JunkTown North west of Hub. . .
I have not seen a mine east of HUB, and I have traveled east of Hub, I wil check now. >.>
I dont think their is any mine East of HUB. :)

It's the junktown mine northeast of Hub.

How do you get to the 4th floor of marigolds and is there any enemies on the way?

What on earth is marigolds?
You mean Mariposa(military base)?
If so,then you need to find a second elevator a bit south of the first one on the third floor.There are no enemies.
