Can expelled members still see the faction base on the map?
Yes, they can under certain circumstances. If you just do "Expel Member" command on the faction terminal, they will be able to see the base. You must kill them inside the base after expelling them for them to not be able to see it.Here is my suggestion:Get a powerful mercenary near the spawn point of the base, set it to only attack enemies of the faction (Or every non-member if you choose), give it a minigun, and one day that person you want expelled will get blown away from it before the map even loads for them.

its an "addiction" to cola, do you go through withdrawal if you don't have sugar water?
Have you ever heard of people being addicted to sugar water?Normal cola contains caffeine which gives an energy boost.Combined with a lack of sugar it would result in a lack of energy.Nuka cola contains energy cells, meaning you would need to kick of from the energy boost it gives. It should result in a temporary drawback in action points. You ever kicked off of caffeine?I have, headache, shaking hands, feeling miserable.
lol clearly you know nothing about addiction. Plus action point draw back? That's so unbalanced it's laughable.
Or you can equip the shovel and 'use on' (yellow crosshair)
Is it possible to kill a GM (would I do any dmg? He don't have unlimited hp) and if yes - what will happen with me later? (if that wouldn't be Izual, because if he would I know what will happen... -*no! no! please don't send me to the caves near klamath and don't steal items from my base! please no!*)
