Upgrading repair system

<< < (2/2)

To be honest I didn't count usally, but there was one combat shotgun that served me long time. I repaired it from 70-80 to zero about 5-6 times, and there were only few fails.
And btw, your idea is nice, but it would be excellent to see stackable cooldowns for repairing too.

Does several days ago changed repair system? Week ago i can repair my desert eagle with 2 of 3 cases with 125 small guns and 120 repair. Yesterday i 5 times broke my gun when i starting repair it wit 10-20% damage.

I think repair skill should be more valuable. So, this is bad idea. If u make so - players starts build only fighter characters.

the more item has been repaired the morelikely you will fail. 120% might be enogh for 1-2 repairs on a low tier weapon but you will fail forribly even tho the number 120% looks pretty descent.

I'm assuming your Small guns skill is around 150%. with my suggested upgrade you would have 120+ 150 x 2/3 which would be around 180%- I think a person that sklled in small guns and repair should be able to repair his stuff with 180% repair efficency allready :D

I like your idea, the person who can craft or have as high skill in it can create or repair such items. Sure skill + repair system sounds good!

I agree, It's a cool idea.

I don't have problems with repair, since I got high skill, but the weapon skill-relation add a sense at all.
If you know how to use a weapon, you know better how to repair (bonus!) than someone who don't know that weapon at all.

Obviously, you must know repair too.
