hi i was wandereing near NCR , i found a new place : the NCR new military base. I was kill by the gard  garding the enter and after the replication s timeout repop between the two wall and it s impossible to get out. help please

Why did you attack Bob (the guard) anyway? This map is currently for RP purposes and people shouldn't visit it anyway.
You have to wait for a GM to teleport you away from there.

lol this problem is still going on wth ? for one gm's are rarely online 2nd if you know this is a problem why let it continue? I've got some bluesuit stuck in there now because I didn't even know about this.. this is seriously bad. it's been months and this problem is still here? it's almost like their purposely giving the gm's trouble... telling them "hey we know its a problem but we're not guna fix it. Just keep mopping up the water every 5minutes.  Try not to drown"

You randomly attack some NPC and then wonder why you get punished?
