FIXES:
- Removed karma requirements from 'Harmless' perk.
- Fix a rare bug where ammo price is not sent for an a weapon where ammo exists, while another weapon of the same type but empty exists before it in trader inventory (there's other scenarios too).
- Fixed 'offline' gang invitations
- Fixed issue with the butchering table.
- Fixed info for encounters that have player group already in
