And btw, what has happened to the server, any changes are coming or it's just down due to crash?

Whatta fuck? In NCR there are no guards, at least at bazaar, and some russian bastards are killing everything what isn't russian.

you sir are incorrect, every night at about 12 am to 2 am the server crashes on me and my american pals, the problem for us is this is usually the only time of night we get where russian and polish activity is at a minimum and the server doesent get started back up till whoevers in charge of it wakes up and does something.

this is true. at that time there are only around 100 people on the server and when it crashes its not usually coming back up.

I really like to join the game when there aren't much players online. It gives you somehow safety.
