So, wandering around the Wasteland today, i made a neat discovery between VaultCity and Broken Hills:

http://img687.imageshack.us/i/bombshelter2.jpg/It seemed that the previous owner died quickly from the radiation. I found his body in the bathroom, near the toilet, in which i also found a key fallen into.
It was nice to see that Lexx built a small quest with a piece of wire to retrieve the armory key.
The armory, in which the owner tried so desperate to get, contained besides of Rad-X and RadAway some juicy extras, as expected from a pre-war millionaire.
Biding farewell to previous owner, i left the location, regretting not to have a radio.
