FIXES:
- Various map updates.
- Various dialog updates.
- Reputation drop for failed stealing happens once per steal attempt, not multiplied per numbers of guards in the vicinity
- Registering a female character no longer gives you male skin.
- Followers no longer disappear when moving between maps in a location.
- Some stability/performance fixes.

FEATURES:
- The Hub arena has opened now. The manager can be found in the Maltese Falcon.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Mutant mercs has lower HP.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Run the Updater for the new faction005.dat file.

Just tried it and the inventory panel doesn't show up. It's just floating items.
And I don't know if it's just me but the character sheet button (done, print, back) text isn't next to the buttons but way to the right.
And it seems my mercenary lost his mind as when we spawn in a location he walks all the way to an exit grid on the other side and then runs back to me.

But good job guys, you are always working hard for us :]

I can not create new char, clicking at Name, Age and Man\Fem buttons results in some kind of invisible window open, so I can't change anything there.

I cant not find .223 fmj ammo on my crafting list no more. I still can make weapons use .223 ammo but .223 ammo its self is gone from my crafting list, I have SG3 crafter.

Is it possible to get our reputation reseted? I have my old char ruined by bugged mechanics (-6k rep because of 1 steal) and that was like 2-3 weeks ago. Today its -4k so its like another 4-5 weeks until I can play with that guy again  . So is there any chance of getting fresh start?
Edit: Or is there any non-combat way how to get +rep with NCR/SF/N. Reno?
