I got one:
Santa's here...!
One night while he was flying over the wasteland, he had been shot down by the NCR Rangers! As he came down, they apologized to him and now Santa is giving away free "presents" to the wasteland at a location...
and all good and bad players are welcome to celebrate Christmas! (This includes weapons, armor, ammo, etc.!)
This contributes to Christmas day btw! :D

That is retarded, why would Santa give presents to bad players, bad players receive coal =)

Because Santa's a good person, and because bad people aint really bad, but just... "misunderstood". ::)
