you could make teh Wasteland Martial Arts Tournament, an vent that can take place in the Ares missile silo, due to its circular form will work as a combat Arena(sorry for the bad english).
-Only unarmed characters can participate
- if a player goes out of the circle when fighting, its disqulified, just like in Dragon ball z 
-the winner gets a power armour
-only duels,
-there can be fights against monsters(always unarmed)
dunno, jsut been playing budokai tenkaichi 3 and i got this idea.
Everything is good, but there aren't too much unarmed builds in 2238, maybe GMs could insta-level some builds to max level and give to players for this exact event, later excluding the created chars.
A sniper event in which every small guns build participate:
-Must have at least 180% small guns skill
-Two players are placed at a certain range of each other and get a fully loaded hunting rifle
-They can't move
-The first player that gets blind or dies loses
-If one player runs out of ammo he must wait until the other runs out of ammo too
-When both players are out of ammo, each one gets 1 shot, and who hits it's opponent's eye first wins, if both run out of ammo again they get more 1 ammo and keep shooting until the eye is hit.
-It will be a tournament, where after each round ends each player gets healed and gets a trophy for participation(if he/she was eliminated)
-The champion will choose a weapon that can't be crafted in the game and gets a power armor.
