Lost stuff in encounters remain

ok,the replication process as i understood:

after you die,your body will be found by some NPCs and sent you to there respawn area,so you don't make new body,is the same just ....  "welded" that is why you have 10 hp after respawn

i lost a plasma rifle and 20 MFC,but i do not bitch around,so tl
