FOV seems to be back on again ;D

So, as the "subject" says, FOV seems to be working again. I havn't found any info in the changelog thread nor have I found any in the temporrary issues thread, so I've made this one just to make sure.

Not only it doesn't work but also FOV works strange, now we all see objects/players behind the walls. That's strange. By the way, a funny thing you ask me about sneak penalty, are you spying on me? ;D
