ok, guys, i have an idea, all of you close your clients, and leave em alone for 30 minutes, maybe that will fix the problem

I had hope you gonna delete that sick "weakness" from First Aid... You used FA when you had crippled limbs and guess what? You can't cure crippled limbs because you used Doctor to cure weakness... that's stupid as hell... if weakness and crippled limbs would be simply cured by 1 doctor use... Devs really want us to suffer :<

FULL WIPEOUT!?!?!  .. meh i just started, and i aint got nuthin special...  Just hope "if" there is it doesn't take too long to get it back up and running....

Yeah, full wipeout. I know - beta, beta, beta. But it is like a hit in the head, when after a month of quite balanced playing (yes, playing and testing, but now I mean playing) one devs decision ruins it all. And I know - tests, tests, tests, but why something like that? There was already quite a bunch of 21lvls anyway, so not for testing... I dunno. All I know is that now you can either grab a gun and go 21 along with 1000 other players, or leave it. I think I'll choose the latter.

(I just hope they will take me to this whole Army RP thing, or I'll have to take some time being Foffline)

Good luck in grinding. And not forget to take those perks fast, they dissapear after 3 levels.


EDIT: Jodwig -> the problem was that for some strange reason weakness is treated as more important than being crippled, not that weakness exists

yep there is prioryty for removing weaknes , not healing crippled legs and arms :/
that shoudl be changed

Of course, there are some people like RavenousRat, who like to grind 24/7, but well...
I don't play 24/7, may be only 12/7 when study and 18/7 at holidays ;p

Anyway, I lvling by crafting cartriges, then by outdoorsman by going to sell them and return. Also by the way trying to insta-kill floaters/centaurs with my desert eagle, if they're coming too close I simply escape and continue my trip to/from catrige-selling place. You can easy make 1-2 levels/day on 16th+ without fanatic focus on crafting/selling (70% of time spending on bombing NCR), but it's boring. Also hunting Endless Walkers at Real Time mode, but they count as ghouls, and unfortunately I killed alot, so I don't get much XP.
Anyway removing diminishing XP will just make alting more useful, and XP is not a problem anymore, you can get any build in any time. It's excellent for BT, so I hope it'll be only during BT.

You can get any build too. Just make Big Gunner tank and good Sniper. You cant or you dont know how ? Your problem

You can do this too.
You can level new char against everyone too so where is problem.
You can get any build too. Just make Big Gunner tank and good Sniper. You cant or you dont know how ? Your problem

Ok, I'll answer again:

So what reason in XP then? Let's start all 21st levels and don't waste our time! Everyone is 21st from begin, speak to NPC to get BA/CA2 or any other armor you want, speak to other NPC who will give you any weapon you want, 3rd NPC will give you x10 of all drugs and x100 stims+superstims.

You can do this too! You can make this too! He and I can make this too! We can make this too!

Let's all quit this game, because you can do it too. And go kill yourself, because you can do it too.

So what? Why do we need balancing BG/SG, when if SG>BG or SG<BG we can play all only for SG or BG in 2nd case. I'm not crying or arguing that will disbalance something, or make someone weaker, it's simple way to test alot char-builds, nothing more. As I said, removing XP diminishing is excellent for testing, but it'll kill normal gameplay.
About making PvP-char, I don't want, because as I said somewhere, I don't want to have char who can only shoot and... shoot. I have enough apm(atleast watching some TCs videos... these guys 100% haven't played any RTS like warcraft or starcraft, because they move/click with cursor like crippled zombie of turtle) and MY(without server's lags) inet-connection to play pure PvP, but I simply don't find it fun, that's the one of 3 reasons why I don't use pure PvP chars. The second reason is: it's boring to level up only by what this character can do: shoot. And third: I want to be independent, play when I want and how I want, don't want to have kind of duty or something, and where you saw PvP-loner, where there're always 3-4 guys camping? Yes, with this feature all PvPers will be happy, and that's good, because we're beta-testers, we must test everything. With fast leveling everyone will have 10000 alts with different builds.

At least devs got the community's response at XP diminishing.
The next step will be your responses in a week, when the new changes start to work(or not) with higher amount of lvl21-players.
