- NPC looting doesn't occur in towns anymore.
- Items dropped near guards are not deleted.
- Critters with 1 hp (some rats and scorpions) have normal hp.

Was also the amount of their AP tweaked? With 10 AP i was JUST able to outrun some small mutated scorpions.
A bit too steep for melee newbs, IMHO.

Small radscorps are too tough and agile.
They are FAR more dangerous now than the big ones.
With AP9 i wasn't able to run away withou being hit (means they have like 12 AP???)
And HP being as high as about 40 is sick.

Dogs are also too HP-fat.

i couldn't kill 2 small radscorpions with my LVL 5 FIGHTING character, having a laser pistol, 120% energy weapons and about 45 hp.
Had to run away from them, still getting hit. Left with 2 hp left.
That's completely insane.

You do realize there's a pretty significant gap between level 5 and level 21?

okay wth have happened with the damned rad scorpions... they are frikking dangerous now, well I tried to go against them with a spiked knuckle xD becouse thats what i usually do :/ I was lucky it was  a small radscorpion vs small radscorpion encounter becouse i had a hard time taking one of those critters down xD Did 24 hp on it without killing the bastard... and the insane ap?! wth i could run an entire turn (yes I am fighting encounters in turnbased) and he could still run up to me and hit me one time they used to be so nice before :/

Yeah, something went wrong when changing the abnormally low hp for rats, small scorpions and some other critters, some of them now have about 60 hp. Will be correct for the next update.

ouch at the 300 sec cd for brass knuckles now :/ they where one of my main sources of xp    xD
