Ok, I'm quite noob here, so don't flame me like this:'' zomg, get a higher level and pwn them, learn to play in real time'' etc etc

The thing is that when I got my pistol ammunition and other stuff for survival I wanted to complete the quest Dogs of LA. I went to the location and there were about 8 dogs, thats normal. But after 5 seconds I understood I'm not in TBB and I have only 2 health left. I got lucky and ran away in the last seconds. It didn't matter, did I shoot at them or they bite in my leg, it still didn't go into TBB. Right now I'm waiting in dessert and waiting for FA time out ending. It could have ended lethal. It should be fixed.

You're really lucky. When I got 104 HP they killed me for few sec, because I spawned inside of pack and when map loaded there was no empty hexes to go. 1/2 of strikes was critical and I died even didn't made 1 shot (of couse I read about this quest on forum before, so I took only 10mm SMG and leather jacket, so I don't care what I lost), but... as I see the only ways to complete this quest is:
1) Combat Armor, so dogs will do 0 damage, but they will know down you with criticals...
2) Combat Armor+Grenades. Don't care about your yourself, if you have enough HP and good armor just throw grenades, dogs have 25 HP only, so 1-2 grenades is enough.

....really stupid quest, in compare to others.

104 hp??? thats really much! I am only level 2 and I have 38 health, If another dog would come close to me I would die for sure, becuase of the no-free hexes. Yes other quests are MUCH easier and the rewards aer probably much higher.

I think TB only works in random encounters.  It doesn't work in towns.

I did this quest alone a couple of times and never spawned inside a dog pack.  If you don't have any loading-lag in FOnline you can complete this quest without CA, just some thinking.

I tryed only once and the first I saw is: me surrounded by 6 dogs at every side + 3-4 dogs watching this... I instantly pressed "A" button (got 10mm SMG tuned on burst), but... "you were critically hit for X damage and knocked down", "you were critically hit for X damage and knocked down", "you were critically hit for X damage and knocked down", "you were critically hit for X damage and knocked down". That's all.
