I have been playing Fonline for about 2 weeks now, and I want to know why the damn local militia in town come after me with rocket launchers and miniguns for picking up an item on the ground. Do they think I am stealing? I lost an important quest item (metzgers drug package), and every single time I make it back to town and pick it up the fucking dip-shit militia comes and attacks me relentlessly. I am very frustrated so I apologize for my language, but was this intentional? Seems like a bug or something to me.

The players in control of the town most probably set the militia to "Shoot everyone trying to do anything."
So you're basically fucked.

That quest is a really good one, so it sucks that you won't be able to finish it right now.  You could always make an alt character, get the case, and drop it somewhere and go pick it up with your main to finish the quest.
