Wheres the electro magnetis-thingy in gecko?

A quick tip on this would be great. Looking for the electromagnetisphere or whatever its called so i can get into vault city. Is it in a barrel? or on a person? I is confuzed.

Im just walking around in circles it seems.

Inside the reactor. There is a group of ghouls, one of them has these things.

how do you get into the reactor? i cant seem to find the entrance, just a big hole


EDIT: I found a Ladder neer the reactor, but i cant seem to go down it, is this the entrance or is it not part of the game yet?

Working reactor is on the right side of the map. You have to open door and go inside.
