See what limbs are crippled

I offer to introduce system, of seeing crippled limbs
Examples:
1)Doctor is below 100%
"You see a middle-aged man. He looks Unhurt, but he has crippled limbs"
2)Doctor is 100% or more
"You see a middle-aged man. He looks Unhurt, but his arm is broken and he has an eye damage." and etc...

what about it?
Just a small notice, nothing special but it can be useful

it s a charisma... when ugly, is cripled limbs...(and cripled limb is better for low inteligence ....me sugestion )

It would be nice if the "awareness" perk also showed which limbs are crippled exactly.
