Well as i see devs are making this game more dynamic than before the wipe. That's good ;] though i would be quite mad considering we've been playing for 3 weeks or less. That's much time also...

If not, when will it be possible?

Yes, beta.

Which is why I don't understand why the exp rates needed to be lowered. Normally, for beta, the exp rates are higher so that people can test everything properly, and try out different builds and such. :/

It's hard to test anything if you just go out to wasteland and after 1 second of journey you get killed by 21 lvl players.

There are already some people at or around level 21. And all of them are combat characters, too.

Because they're the only people who can get exp anymore. You basically have to hunt centaurs, floaters, and deathclaws to get any exp after 10.

It's still harder to test anything when server is down :)
Any hints when it will be available? (Either yesterdays or 2009.08 version)
