FIXES:
- Removed minimum 5min craft timeout (this should "fix" the most simple items)
- Fixed xp exploit in Sad Wife quest.
- Quest "Stranded Rust" couldn't be finished, thanks to dialog bug.
- Guards in respawn area shouldn't attack players in raiders faction anymore.
- Crimson Caravan vs. Far Go Trader's rampage in Hub and San Francisco should stop now.
- Alloys down to 60% Science, Gunpowder down to 40%
- Improved Flamer and assosciated things are down to BG[2]

Crap I slept through Easter!

Major lag happened after the last update too. It should go away eventually. And by that I mean a couple hours, if like last time.

Weak healing powder gives a 0 timeout for crafting. Shouldn't it be at least a minute?

Also you've made my new character build obsolete by making high-quality alloys craftable at 100 science :p

Good job. Now the game is easier again :)
