Disable the gambling skill, and then we can finally have gambling in the game. Without the gambling skill, there's no gambling alts, just games with fixed chance. Even luck shouldn't influence the game. Sad, but necessary to prevent people farming it.
And then, GAMBLING. Playing poker, even against NPCs, for gear or cash would be a lot of fun. So would slots. Or blackjack. Or even just roulette. How hard would roulette be to script? You choose a number between 1-37 or red/black, and the script chooses a number and a colour, and you win or lose.
There's bet limits, and if you win too much (even legitimately) you get falsely accused of cheating and kicked out of the casino for a while.
