Special Encounters

I wonder how much people already found a special encounter...

Hey, I've found one. Was on my main, so could only carry one that thing :) Anyway it costs only 1 cap, I tried to load it into cannon, but nothing happend. sad panda

would be more awesome to just take it, transport it to a base, and use it as a defensive platform, shelling any unwelcome visitors.

Howitzer shells can't be used in a weapon. But you can do other things with it.
