Scripts.cfg limits?

Is there some kind of limit for the number of enabled server modules (or maybe even server+client+mapper)  in scripts.cfg?

Current number of enabled things in scripts.cfg
446 sever module
42 server bind
52 client module
44 client bind
14 mapper module
14 mapper bind

If you do clean server start it will end up like this:
with errors in 3 places that were not changed for a long, long time (gmtools, event_utils and eventboss).

But if you disable few (it was 2 or 3 if I remember right) RANDOM modules (and of course any reference to them in scripts, maps, dialogs) server will start without problems.

Any idea what might be the problem here?
