repairing system from FO3

Good idea, but not really possible.
If similar gun is required then when I get my gauss pistol, I simply craft laser pistols or 10mm ones and use those to keep it in good condition.

You'd need to limit repairs to using only equal or better guns to repair another one.

Too easy... then the only reason to lose a gun = death.
I don't think this idea is good, I'll can use my gun for ages, it's not normal.

i would not like that similar repair shit. Wit mauser repairing plasma pistols doesnt sound so fine to me :/

I'm not for it. It will encourage storing too much. Players already store a lot of things, don't make them store old weapons instead of dismantling them... =/
