This is one of the most interesting projects based on FOnline engine. I hope you keep going improve game and add more content, activities for PvE players too not only PvP. It reminds me Desert Europe, not exactly why maybe for these sceneries and map design. Hey actually you were working on Desert Europe, were not you?

Yes, definitely. Actually, with all its changes, we consider AoP as a new game. We try to be understandable to people that never played FOnline or even Fallout, and we're also trying to modernize the gameplay so that everyone can enjoy it. I think even the most experienced FOnline player can feel noob as much as any beginner on AoP :)

I did work on it a bit, a long time ago.

Thanks for your encouragements!

Hello everyone!

Here is the second developers diary about Ashes of Phoenix, in which we talk about the main factions of the game and some of the opportunities they offer. The exact date of the game launch should be known soon. Enjoy!

Hello everyone!

The third dev diary is out. This time we talk about skills, and detail some of the options available in term of character building and combat tactics. This video shows some of the most advanced features of the game, that will enable complex dynamic gameplay for both individuals and groups. We hope you'll enjoy what you'll see and we look forward for your feedback!

The leadership skills seems to be the new black, looks interesting. And the there's the good ol' sneak skill for all wanna-be Garrets with shotguns.

I see you have only 4 non-combat skills, it may be the right way to go I think. During the well-known crimson PvP festivals you don't really need that much social or outdoor skills after all, and if I understand it correctly, you guys don't want to experiment with non-PvP concepts.

I couldn't understand some parts, maybe you should consider subtitles in form of the YT-annotations or something... Nonetheless, not a bad video, typical FOnline dev flair, just the way we've always been serving them ;D Lovely
